1. Are You Jehovah's Witnesses?

Yes, we are :)

2. Is Your Business Sponsored In Any Way By The Watchtower Bible And Tract Society Of Pennsylvania?

No. We are purely a commercial business. We supply goods which may be useful for Jehovah's Witnesses in their ministry but we are in no way sponsored nor operated by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania.

3. How Do I Order?

To order on our site please:

- Click "Add to Cart" next to the item(s) you wish to buy

- When you have chosen your desired item(s) click on the "My Cart" option (in the top right hand side of the page) and then click "Checkout".

- You will now be asked to "Sign in" or "Register"

- After this you add your address, and you will be redirected to Paypal in order to complete payment of your order. Even if you do not have a Paypal account you may still pay through Paypal with any credit or debit card without being required to sign up for an account.

4. How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

> Click on "my account" to sign in to your account.

> Click on the "My Account" tab
again and select "Orders".

> Browse the list of your orders including those being processed or have already been completed.

> If you'd like to check on a specific order and you have paid for a tracking service, you can even check your shipment status my selecting the order number of the desired order and then selecting the "Shipment information" tab.

> Click the Tracking Number and you'll be taken to the status page of the Delivery Service you chose for your order.

> If you still have any questions or suspect your package may be lost, please do not hesitate to contact us

5. Is It Possible To Send My Order To Someone Else?

Yes it is! Simply enter in the required Shipping Address and details of the location you'd like it sent to. Your Billing address should remain the same.

6. What Should I Do If I Haven't Received My Order Within The Specified Waiting Time?

Please click on the "My account" tab at the top right hand side of the home page and then "Orders"

Click on your order number ID (eg # 55555555)

Click on the "Start communication" button and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually 1-3 working days).

7. Do You Have a Phone Number For Contacting If I Have a Question or Problem?

8. How Much Is Postage And Packing and How Can I Check?

Your shipping cost is always calculated according to the weight of your order and your delivery address. The shipping cost will be calculated after you have clicked on "Checkout" (at this point you may be asked to log in or create a new profile). Once your delivery address is entered, you will be able to check the postage and packaging costs to your selected destination.

9. Where Do You Deliver To And How Long Does Delivery Take?

We ship to most countries around the world. Please allow up to1-2 weeks for Europe and 2-5 weeks for rest of the world.

For customised items please allow 2-4 weeks for bags and 3 months for bible covers and 3-4 months for bound items.

10. What Payment Methods Do You Accept and Are They Secure?

We accept payment by Paypal, Bank Transfer, Visa, Master Card, Amex, etc. But unfortunately we do not accept cheque or postal orders.

All PayPal and Credit Card transactions are processed through a secure SSL 128bit connection. When you have been redirected to the bank page, in the URL field of your browser you will find the padlock of the bank and by clicking there you will have more information about the connection. Also, the URL will begin with "https" as a confirmation that the secure mode is enabled.

11. How Do I Change Currency?

Simply click on one of the symbols for various currencies in the top left hand-side corner of the page you're on, you may choose Euros, GB Pounds, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars or Australian Dollars.

12. Is Your Site Able To Translate Into Different Currencies?

Yes Indeed! At the top left hand corner of the site you will see a list of symbols for various currencies, you may choose Euros, GB Pounds, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars or Australian Dollars.

13. How Do I Use My Reward Points?

Each time you make a purchase you accumulate points. You can then use these points to pay for products or to reduce the products' cost. For example, the price in points for the "Bookmark Pen" is 85 points. If the number of points on your account is 85 points you can get it for free. If however you only have 50 points you will receive a discount on the price.

To use these points, add the products of your choice to the cart and click "Checkout".

The number of points that you have on your account is noted and you can enter in the box "Points to use" the number of points you wish to use for this transaction. (You are not obliged to use them all in one go.) Then click "Apply."

14. How Do I Update My Profile?

Click on the "My account" tab then click on "Profile details" and change your details as you wish.

15. I Forgot My Password! How Can I recover it?

If you forget the password for your Ministry Gallery account, follow these steps to create a new one.

Click on 'My Account' and then 'Sign In'.

Click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link.

Enter your email address and follow the instructions on the screen. You will receive a link by email. Please check your email (or junk mail box). Then click on the link to change your password (and hopefully never forget it again).

16. Is There A Discount For Regular Pioneers?

We do not have a discounted price for regular pioneers. We aim to keep our prices low for all the brothers and sisters and we also have quantity discounts on many of our products as well as reward points.

17. How Can I Track my Parcel Once it Has Been Shipped?

It is not possible to track parcels that have been shipped with normal postage.

If you have chosen transport like GLS or Priority Post, you will be issued a tracking number when your order is shipped (don't forget to check your junk mail too!). By entering this number into one of the following pages, you will be able to follow the progress of your parcel:

18. How Do I Download My Digital Items?

Easy Peasy!

> Just Log in to the site through the "My Account" tab in the top right hand corner of the home page, using your username name or email address and password.

> Once you're logged in, click on the "My Account" tab again and select "My Downloads" from the drop down menu.

> Browse the list of your downloads including those being processed or which have already been confirmed and select the one you which to download.

> Congratulations! You've now successfully accessed your downloads!
