RIGHT TO RETURN

MINISTRY GALLERY guarantees your right to return - for whatever reason - the item(s) you have received from us. This no-quibble guarantee has a time limit of 7 (seven) days from the date you receive the item(s) you ordered. You then have a further 7 (seven) days in which to send the item(s) back to us. You will be liable for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We shall reimburse you for the costs of the items you are returning within 14 working days from the date the item(s) are collected from you.

• To whom does the Returns Policy apply?
  The Returns Policy applies exclusively to purchases made by private individuals.
• What are the terms of the policy?
  You have 7 (seven) days from receipt of the item(s) in which to decide whether or not you want to cancel the Contract of Sale with MINISTRY GALLERY. MINISTRY GALLERY will reimburse you for the cost of the items you send back but NOT for any costs you may incur in sending the item(s) back to us. In the event that the item you want to return to us was purchased as part of a promotion, at a substantially reduced price (or free), in combination with a regular-priced item, your rights under the Returns Policy can only be exercised if you return all of the items, i.e. the special-offer item(s) and the regular-priced item(s).
  You cannot return outlet items or custom items.
• How does the Policy work?
  The Returns Policy is subject to the following conditions:
  • the item(s) purchased should be returned in similar condition to that in which they were delivered to you and unused;
  • The shipping costs will be incurred by the sender.
  • when we receive the item(s), we shall conduct an examination of the package(s) for any signs of damage or tampering (the returns policy does not cover items that have clearly been damaged outwith transit), and so we recommend that the items are packed with a great deal of care, ideally using the original packaging.
• How do I send back the item(s) I want to return to MINISTRY GALLERY?
   
  • After you've created the request, the administration will inform you that the request has been aproved. Then you will be given a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER and place this on a visible place on the package. 
    DON'T SEND THE PACKAGE WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING LABEL OTHERWISE THE BOX MAY BE REJECTED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE!
    Having informed us of your intention to exercise your rights under the Returns Policy, please take time to pack the items in such a way as to protect them from damage or tampering. MINISTRY GALLERY reserves the right to refuse to accept any item that does not conform to the conditions noted above.

  NB: We recommend that you use a dedicated transport company for your return(s) so as the shipment may be tracked. MINISTRY GALLERY will not initiate any re-imbursement process until the item(s) being returned has (have) been received and examined.
  WARNING: MINISTRY GALLERY reserves the right to refuse returns if they:

   

  • are not packed in the original packaging
  • are sent back without notifying in advance the Customer Service team at MINISTRY GALLERY
  • have been sent without the guidelines given by the MINISTRY GALLERY Customer Service team.

Your access to, and use of, the MINISTRY GALLERY website is subject to your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, including all the documents referred on this page. We ask that you read this page carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing and/or using the website, you consent to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept the following terms and conditions, we ask that you do not access or use the website.

• Changes to the Terms and Conditions
  This Agreement may be modified at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they have been posted on the site. By accessing and/or using the website you consent to check this page on occasion to ensure that you accept the latest terms and conditions.
• Orders / Contract of Sale
  Orders are made in over the internet only. Please check the Order Confirmation and communicate any errors to us by email. Should you not do so, the terms of the Contract of Sale will be applied based on the information contained in the Order Confirmation.
• Prices and Availability
  The prices of all the products sold by MINISTRY GALLERY are clearly indicated on the site. Shipping charges - which vary according to the number of items being purchased - are added to the cost of the item(s). For countries outside the EEC, the price does not include local or national taxes and import duties. If a product you have ordered is not available, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.
• Delivery of the item(s) you have ordered
  MINISTRY GALLERY will organise delivery of the item(s) you order to the address you specify. All transit times shown on the MINISTRY GALLERY website are approximate, and are dependent on the availability of the item(s) ordered, the unproblematic processing of the order and the transporter's stated transit times at any given moment.
• Legitimacy of the Terms & Conditions
  If for any reason any part of these Terms & Conditions were to prove inapplicable in relation to any given scenario, the remaining terms and conditions would, nevertheless, not be invalidated.
